6 Essentials for a Strong Foundation

In this workshop, you will be trained to identify common pitfalls to effectiveness and learn practical CORE skills to overcome them.  The essentials include:

  1. Understanding your brain and body with skills to affect your fight-flight-freeze pattern.
  2. Building emotional responsibility with skills to use boundaries and healthy coping.
  3. Strengthening mental hygiene using mindfulness skills and cognitive strategies for health.
  4. Identify core self-messages with skills to increase effective thoughts to improve wellness.
  5. Social training to identify healthy attachment and skills for deeper connections to others.
  6. Integration of self to be more whole minded and engaged in life.
