Our providers see patients on a scheduled appointment basis and schedule them well in advance. However, when necessary, they will work to make appointments available and use a cancellation list for more urgent needs.   If you are experiencing problems and cannot wait for your scheduled appointment, please call our office during regular business hours and we will notify your provider.  If it is after office hours, please contact emergency services listed here. Our office hours are from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. The office staff stop taking phone calls at 4:30 pm.  To schedule an appointment during office hours, please call us at 1-480-988-5003.  If you call after hours and wish to leave a message, we will give it to your provider as soon as possible.  Please note that we do not access our message system after hours.  

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible by calling the office at 480-988-5003. Our providers do their best to be prepared for your scheduled appointments.  If you are not able to keep your appointment, there are others who will be grateful for that time if they have enough notice.  Please call our office if you need to cancel or change an appointment with a 24-hour notice to avoid a late cancellation charge of $65.  This fee is to compensate your provider for lost time that was set aside for you.  We value the work to be done and appreciate your effort to keep your appointment to meet your treatment goals.
