Elizabeth Fedrick, Ph.D., LPC

Liz is a Licensed Associate Counselor and is trained in various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Child-Parent Psychotherapy, Motivational Interviewing, and play-based therapy. Liz has a Doctoral degree in Psychology from Grand Canyon University, as well as a Master’s degree in Professional Counseling and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Liz specializes in working with trauma, relationship issues, attachment, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, life transitions, and personal improvement. She also has multiple years of experience working with children and adolescents in areas such as trauma, behavioral issues, emotional disturbances, ADD/ADHD, anger management and more. Liz specializes in Parent-Child Relationship Therapy and enjoys working within the context of families and couples in order to improve communication and enhance relational functioning. Liz uses an integrative approach and believes that counseling should be individualized to the specific needs of each client. Additionally, Liz believes in providing her clients with the essential tools and resources needed in order to obtain the healing and change they are seeking, as well as to maintain this transformation long-term.
