Ironwood Counseling and Psychological Services provides outpatient services to individuals.  Generally, this means patients are able to meet at regularly scheduled intervals to address identified mental health concerns.  Your provider will initially assess the symptoms you are having and work with you to develop a treatment plan to reach your goals for improved functioning.  All of our providers are trained in a variety of intervention skills to work with individuals.  You may want to read about may types of psychotherapy options available.

Individuals who are not able to keep regular appointments or have significantly higher need for services (such as daily contact, crisis interventions, and symptoms that prevent them from participating in a counseling session) may need to be referred to other resources such as Intensive Outpatient, Residential, or Inpatient care.
